Exchange or Return of Goods
Because we deal exclusively in fresh, perishable agricultural products, our return policy differs from standard retail stores. We are committed to delivering the highest quality fruits and vegetables, but we require timely reporting if there is an issue.
All claims regarding damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot process claims or offer refunds for perishable goods after this timeframe has passed.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- the 24-hour reporting window has expired;
- the produce has been washed, cut, cooked, or partially consumed;
- the items have deteriorated due to improper storage by the customer after delivery;
- the issue is simply buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong item by mistake).
For approved claims, we will promptly issue a replacement, provide store credit, or process a refund based on your original payment method.
